Press Information for Exhibitors
Let the trade press know about your participation at ICE Europe 2013 by providing press information well ahead of the show. The trade press is usually interested in hearing about exhibitors’ activities and innovative products early on and ICE Europe offers a number of facilities to help you reach the media:
Online Marketing Packages
Exhibitors can increase their internet presence before, during and after the show with one of the ICE Europe Online Marketing Packages. Detailed information is available here.
Distribution of exhibitor press releases
The regular online newsletter ICE Insight is sent to over 15,000 industry contacts from the converting industry. We would be more than happy to receive your press information for this newsletter. Should you have any news about a newly launched product, please feel free to send this to email@example.com.
To enable journalists to get in touch with exhibitors easily, ICE Europe will be producing a press guide for journalists, containing press contact details of exhibitors at the show. Exhibitors who have not yet done so can email their press contact details (company name, address, hall and stand number, exhibitor press contact, email and phone number) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
On-Site Press Boxes
During the exhibition, exhibitors can reach the media by providing press information in the ICE Europe press centre free of charge. The press centre is the first port of call for journalists and exhibitors will be able to reserve a press shelf for their press kits from January 2013.
We suggest that exhibitors prepare a total of 10-20 press kits in English, German and possibly Italian, containing the following information:
Brief and factual descriptions of your major exhibits, indicating clearly what is new or improved and giving the applications, performance and advantages of the product/system (sales literature is not recommended); photo material if available. Your company name, stand number and the respective language version should be clearly visible on the outside front cover of the press kits.
Online Press Boxes
The use of the internet as a source of information is becoming ever more important. For the upcoming ICE Europe exhibitors have the opportunity to book an online press box. The online press box allows exhibitors to upload an unlimited number of press releases. They will furthermore be able to upload their company address, an extensive company profile, their company logo and an additional image. The information is then available via the exhibitor list as well as the press section. For further information please contact email@example.com.
Please let us know if you are holding a press conference, live demonstration of a product, or other press event during ICE Europe 2013. A schedule of press events will be published in the press section of the ICE Europe website as well as in the on-site press centre to assist journalists in planning their show visit. Press conference rooms
Subject to availability, we can offer exhibitors a free meeting room for their own press conferences during the show. Exhibitors who would like to make use of this service are advised to coordinate their planning as early as possible with us. Please contact email@example.com.
